I have the mouse hand warmer and I use it all year. The winter is like a blanket. In summer with AC on the ceiling fan makes my mouse hand cold. I love the Mouse Hand Warmer blanket. I got mine at Warm Mouse Heated Keyboard. Also sold on Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and at IGMproducts.com. Get it. You'll be glad you did!
